Facebook Australia Manager Paul Borrud shows SLSA employees & hackers how to shuffle

Facebook Australia – proud owner of a fully customised Southern Cross Shuffleboards table – hosted its first Hack For A Cause event in February, working with Surf Life Saving Australia to develop innovating Facebook App prototypes for SLSA’s Facebook page.

A host of Australia’s best web developers and coders were invited to Facebook Australia’s new Sydney office to hack their way through the night, bashing keys all through the night in the name of good will. Gotta love that company!

It sounds like this was a successful initiative for a great cause, and were glad the shuffleboard relieved some stress!
